I fully agree!!

Again, spot on!

All of our choices, though, are fixed in the space-time continuum,
which, by definition, contains ALL of space and time. For no other
reason, the future is, because of Special Relativity, just as fixed as
the past is. The only difference is that we have no access to the
future, so it 'appears' mutable. If we COULD see it, we would know it
was not mutable and that would be a terrible scenario. We would
always be saying, "I knew you were going to say/do that!" and life
would be a boring drudgery wit hno lessons to learn. Not being able
to see into the future is a great gift; one we should treasure, as it
the main reason we think before we act. And, that consideration time
prior to action is invaluable, as well. It is these two factors that
cause what I call the 'perfect illusion' of free will.
1) We cannot see into the future
but
2) We can speculate about what MAY occur
Those two factors conspire to give us the great gift of the appearance
of free will. It is JUST AS effective as the real thing, but the real
thing cannot be granted in a space-time continuum nor could it, for
other reasons, be granted by an omnipotent God that is One with whom
we are at one.
