What about sometimes yes, sometimes no? Inspection is all about angles (or 
what have your spatial/temporal analogy), not all angles are readily 
available at all times. Especially everything being subject to examination, 
examination of this rule should reveal deeper insights into why we would 
suppose it true. Otherwise hitherto and perhaps left as an assumption to all 
but the arcane heretics.
