Hi all, 
I'm new to the MITK. I have a question. I have .rom files from the NDI
Polaris and the stl files. I have an object (skull) and a tracking tool with
tool-tip at the end of it. Both of them have passive markers. The camera
detects both of them using "IGT Tracking Toolbox" and shows them on the
screen. But with wrong orientation and translation. How can i adjust the
MITK to connect the calibration files with the stl files correctly to show
the objects and the relation to each other correctly on the screen?
Suggesitons? Regards,
