Many thanks Rocio and Alfred for your answers, I have a question. While doing the registration (three steps): Firstly (object fiducials) i click on points on the stl model in the (3d view) window. Secondly: (tracker fiducials). Last step (register"object moved"). It doesn't do the registration correctly. I figured out that by the first step, the points I take on the stl model seem to be on the stl model but they're not. When then I move the model on the screen the points won't move with it. I took the points by clicking the (+) button and then shift + clicking on the stl model. Is it a problem with matching the points with the model? Or is it a problem with the stl model (it consists of triangles and the points that I clicked are vertices of these triangles but they might be not connected in the same stl model)?
