Dear Emetss,
there is the example view "IGT Tracking Lab" whichs shows you how to
register ct images or surfaces to a tracked marker. The documentation is
usually located here:
http://docs.mitk.org/2016.11/org_igttrackinglab.html. Unfortunately the
MITK page is down at the moment, but as soon as it is online again you
can find more information there.
Best regards,
Alfred Franz

I'm new to the MITK. I have a question. I have .rom files from the NDI
Polaris and the stl files. I have an object (skull) and a tracking tool with
wool tip at the end of it. Both of them have passive markers. The camera
detects both of them in "IGT Tracking Toolbox" and shows them on the screen.
But with wrong orientation and translation. How can i adjust the MITK to
connect the calibration files with the stl files correctly to show the
objects and the relation to each other correctly on the screen? Or how can I
do this? Regards,
