Well I think activating/deactivating deserves a dedicated skin widget where
the user could see which jump cues the track has and which ones are active
or not. However, the screen real state is limited and I don't want skin
artists to be mad at me. We can just make them always active by now. I'll
try to do that, but I'll go with loop hotcues first.
