I intended for them to be permanent (i.e. you make a permanent edit to your
track using a jump cue) to avoid having to have a selector and
enable/disable control in the GUI for something that is probably intended
to be set-and-forget (i.e. Sean's edit out the naughty words use case).
Supporting enable/disable might be easier using the mouse on the waveform
to edit cue regions.
