a recent-high-school-graduate friend of mine just bought an H&R cup kit for his A3 jetta- he's really happy with it, and having seen pictures of it, i think it looks very good after it takes a couple days to settle in.
i remember reading somewhere that the spring rates and shock valving are similar to those on H&R's coilover kits, but don't quote me on that. the potterpeople have the A2 cup kit for $550 at: http://www.parts4vws.com/ - click the catalog link, go to the a2 section and search the page for the word "cup". Hi, lately it seems like its time to replace the shocks on my car, so i was thinking that i might as well get new springs while i'm at it, and do that. Question is, i was wondering what the cheapest yet good quality/performance kit i could get. Anyone have any ideas? i'm not looking to spend much money on this as i am a poor college student, but dont want anything too crappy. Anyways, if anyone has some ideas on what some good products are out there, it would be helpfull. thanks. _____________ List Sponsor: http://www.netsville.com To remove yourself from this list, send mail to [email protected] with 'unsubscribe a2_16v' in the body of your message See us on the web at http://www.a2-16v.com Visit the 16V Homepage at http://www.gti16v.org
