What oil do you guys use?

Dont mean to start up this question again, but i was just wondering as it seems 
that most of you use mobil 1.
I was just wondering what a good cheap oil is? i'm looking for something good, 
but that doesnt cost too much. Also how long do you guys go between oil changes 
using conventional oil, and how long when using synthetic?
The past couple oil changes i've used kendal GT1 20-50, which was relativly 
cheap and someone told me it was pretty good. but i dont know how true that is.
