The front wheel bearings can be pressed on/off whilst still attached
to the car but the tool is EXPENSIVE.  You may be able to rent one
instead.  In any case, why don't you want to remove the lower strut
bolts?  These are camber adjustment bolts so you'll end up loosening
them anyways to align the car once you're finished.  Beside, it'll
made the shock/spring installation much easier since you'll be able
to remove only the strut housing.

All the hardware should be included with your parts - the only
replacement parts should be the ball-joint bolts (3 attaching the
ball-joint to the a-arm) and the 30mm axle nut.  The only optional
piece are "crash" bolts which are thinner shank camber adjustment
bolts which are dealer-only.  If you purchase anything away from the
dealer, ensure that the parts are sufficiently strong - in other
words grade 8.8 (IIRC).
