Getting ready to do complete suspension rebuild. Questions at the bottom. Parts I have:
shocks (bilstein) springs (h&r) strut bearings strut nuts dust caps bump rubbers lower ball joints A arm bushings front bearings front hubs axle assys Parts I think I might need: A arm bolts ball joint bolt/nuts steering rack boots inner cv bolts axle nuts Planning on doing sway bars also but not necessarily right away. Anything else you guys can think of? Can the front bearings be pressed with the lower strut still installed on the hub carrier? (I don't want to remove the lower strut bolts if not necessary, otherwise I will replace those too.) Is it smart to buy small stuff (hardware) from the dealer or just go through usual resources?
