Thanks for all the responses, I am actually looking forward to this job. Another question, on the front struts is it necessary to have the special VW strut nut tool to remove/install? I will be using a well equipped shop with air tools.
I read about the kidney bushings in the VW performance book and it looks like a good idea. Rich Blake
