In all my test Wireless N is not any better in range and depending on the environment it is in not much faster no matter what it advertises. As for a model that might help I recommend you visit www.dd-wrt.com and look threw their router database and forum to see what is actually working properly. Also i have heard but do not quote me on it that the d-link Dir 655 supports printer and has USB but this model uses a different chip set and will not be supported by the Open Source firmwares. Asus routers tend to be well supported but that always depends on the chip set they decide to use.
Hope that helps. _______________________________________________ mlug mailing list [email protected] https://listes.koumbit.net/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mlug-listserv.mlug.ca
