For example: http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Static_DHCP It is all dnsmasq as far as I know, so you can do some funky things, like tell the router to give one computer a different gateway or nameserver. You don't have to worry about DHCP scopes, it is pretty intelligent. The assignments are done by MAC address.
