I am on cable. I used to get it through a reseller, netaxis, then I went to
dsl, then tried the bell "fibre" (its not fiber) and now I am back on
cable directly from videotron. Speed is great, uptime has been perfectly
acceptable.
When someone asks me now, I recommend videotron cable.

As a side note, to get away from bell or videotron, you can get a lan
extension from the closest datacenter. If you are downtown, that's easy.
Pricier, but your not on bell or videotron for the last mile.

Hope this helps,
Jimmy
