If you go with DSL and the problem is your copper lines all ISP will have the 
same problem. I suggest that you investigate root cause before just switching.

Some ideas:

        - When you say you loose internet, are you corrected wired to your 
router or wireless ?
        - What is the make,model and firmware version of your router ?
        - If DSL, are all devices connected to the same phone line have filters?
        - When using your telephone land-line, do you have a good sound 
quality? Any white noise on the line?
        - If you have a home, how long is the cabling from your DSL modem to 
the Bell junction box
        - If you are in an apartment building, you may ask Bell to put you on a 
different pair of copper wires.

Those are just answers that may point solutions.
