Oh, it's much worse than that; my IS dept. can no longer provide in- house help because of politics. They were excluded from a major, new install and are limited to minor SW updates and tweaks. Anything network related is off bounds. So, calling the help line after hours is a waste of effort. And, we're a mission critical operation. Sad, but true.
