Have you tried to use
    ProxyPassReverse /srv1 http://real_server1
instead of
    ProxyPassReverse /srv1/ http://real_server1/
(no slash at the end of the path)?
(don't change the ProxyPass directive)
I did a lot of experimantation with this and noticed that playing with the
slashes sometime make the difference.
