I have a couple of customers who are complaining of issues with the WebMail Interface.
Customer 1 says that when they click on the composelink, they dont get a new window to compose a message.
To the above problem - Make sure use isn't running any POP-UP ad blocker software. If they are, then they need to add your web-based mail server address to their ALLOW list. We get this report at least once a week. Hoping the next version of the web-based mail server will allow the user to choose if they want a SINGLE window or multiple windows. :)
Customer 2 says that when they click on the composelink, they get a new window but it is a second version of the original WebMail window.
Have not seen this one.

Im unable to duplicate either of these situations on any machine here. Ive questioned both regarding pop-up blockersand was told they did not have any installed. Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas what to look for?
