we have experienced both --

Customer 1 issues for us have been due to popup ad stoppers as discussed

Customer 2 issues we could duplicate if accessing webmail -- not from main browser like IE, but by typing the URL in the address bar of windows explorer.

We have seen one or two issues like this as well. Usually it is a popup blocker, but in a couple of cases I have concluded it was some sort of conflict with a hidden trojan/virus.

I have a couple of customers who are complaining of issues with the WebMail Interface.

Customer 1 says that when they click on the “compose” link, they don’t get a new window to compose a message.

Customer 2 says that when they click on the “compose” link, they get a new window but it is a second version of the original WebMail window.

I’m unable to duplicate either of these situations on any machine here.  I’ve questioned both regarding “pop-up blockers” and was told they did not have any installed.  Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas what to look for?

Thanks in advance!

Sincerely,
