Title: Message
I had gotten the same thing as Customer 2 before, it had to do with the cookie settings on the client. Apparently they somehow managed to get into the system without cookies, but then couldnt read/write cookies, or was a _javascript_ thing.
 
Customer 1 sounds like the window is open and popped under.

I have a couple of customers who are complaining of issues with the WebMail Interface.

 

Customer 1 says that when they click on the “compose” link, they don’t get a new window to compose a message.

 

Customer 2 says that when they click on the “compose” link, they get a new window but it is a second version of the original WebMail window.

 

I’m unable to duplicate either of these situations on any machine here.  I’ve questioned both regarding “pop-up blockers” and was told they did not have any installed.  Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas what to look for?
