If it's a menu, my guess is the animations happen on 'mouseenter' and 'mouseleave'.
Are you talking about doing something like this? http://ryanflorence.com/sandbox/mootools/Fx.Morph/ This is certainly not how I would code a menu like this ... but it shows that different morph animations can happen simultaneously, and remain separate. If you mouse over the two headers back and forth their sub-menus expand and retract simultaneously (while one is expanding, the other is retracting). Or click the other two and see that it causes the clicked menu to expand and the other to retract if it's out. If it's not out, it just retracts the clicked menu. Not sure if that's what you mean though ... Do you have some code you thought would work? What's the problem you're having?
