I don't understand at all, so I must be stupid! One image shows the accurate yellowish color of the card, and the other shows a completely inaccurate brightened image that makes the card look close to the original white color it once was, and you think it is no big deal?
As far as the "surprise" of the tear, I added to the description that the card has a one inch tear, and if the high bidder did not see that, they can cancel. We always describe tears, or tape on the back, or excessive writing on the back, or any other defects not easily noticeable in our images, and I just missed this (although I did say there were tiny tears around edges, but that was not good enough). If you think showing an image that uses "clever" lighting or scanning that makes the item look an entirely different color than it actually is is acceptable seller behavior and apparently consider it "good salesmanship", then I am very surprised!
