Just another point about this. The issue seems to be about whether the seller
should pay for return shipping. eBay actually requires all sellers to specify a
return policy and also to indicate who pays for the poster to be sent back.
Surely it should be just a case of checking the sellers policy which is clearly
displayed in the listing. If the listing says that the seller won't pay for
return shipping then they shouldnt be expected to change their policy.

  Michael

are you telling me that the dealer wouldn't pay for your shipping cost

  or

that maybe he got irritated at you after your messages/MoPo and told you to
f*ck off?

  or

are you saying you feel you got a good enough price in buying it that you
don't want to return it?

It makes a world of difference which of these 3 situations is the answer

if the latter is the case Michael, then I don't see why you say you were
"burnt" or that you will "take a hit"
if the latter is not the case, then something isn't right

it was never my intent to embarrass the mega-dealer-seller. my posting was
merely to get the seller to respond, if he were a MOPO member. the picture of
the poster on ebay looks near mint....even hard to see the studio folds.

i was burnt and disappointed in this transaction.........

i repeat: the picture of the poster on ebay looks mint....even hard to see
the studio folds. ....no hint of extra fold on the photo.......but offensive
in person.

looks like i will take a hit on this one, because when i sell it, i will
disclose the defects.

easy for those who don't get slapped to say to the other to turn the other
cheek.

This buyer who complained so loudly has now gone completely silent and

turned his mute button on. Why?

And with still no links to this incorrectly described (4 4 4 folded)

poster, and no response to those that questioned, criticized and

commented on his premature outburst towards a seller who was/is

willing to work with him-- speaks volumes about this individual's own

      integrity and transparency.

I see he also occasionally lists a number of posters for sale on ebay,

with every color in the rainbow used in the descriptive fonts

(psychedelic trip?). Let's just hope that each and every flaw on those

posters have been accurately disclosed. I am willing to bet that there

are small imperfections that have not been seen and therefore, not

      disclosed.

And if someone found an undisclosed flaw and wanted to return a

purchased poster to him, would this seller pay for return shipping

and/or take a price reduction decided by the unhappy buyer?
