so you have a default summery judgement against you! not so bad at this
point. Speaking from personal experience, and having been in your spot for an
amount far less; you can hire a NJ licensed attorney, to remove the
"judgement" and ask for another trial date. this should cost a few hundred
dollars, but again form experience-in the state of NJ, it is very easily done!
