Yes, the international orders have been such a stressful headache for me. I had 12 orders hung up at different outgoing ports and customs since late March. A few broke loose in late May and arrived and 4 were finally delivered this week so hopefully things in that area will get back to normal. One of those buyers was talking with their countries post office and were being told everything is flowing normal so there should be no delay but after 10 weeks in the system the package finally arrived to him. I have had no problem with the International first class tracking and it kept me pretty up to date but it updated faster on Stamps.com where I print my shipping labels then it did on the USPS website. As for Ebay... I don't have a plan b that will work better for me. I had my own website for a bit but too hard to draw traffic in. I sell some items on facebook but ebay still works best for me. Understand though that I'm not like some of you and most of my items sell for less than $10 so my money is made in volume sales and not hundreds of dollars made on the sale of one great poster. I was still making a little bit of money, but not nearly enough to take up with yet ANOTHER set of new rules and regulations. On top of their ridiculous fees, that is. Also, in recent months, my quota of non-paying buyers has increased dramatically. That sellers are not allowed to leave appropriate feedback for deadbeat bidders is yet another thing that has bothered my since the day they introduced that policy. I‘m buying and selling on ebay since 1999, so I have watched pretty much all of their so-called ‚improvements‘ over more than two decades by now.
