I got the impression that at times there a discipline problems with your residents which, at least in some cases, I would blame on their resentment of being treated as "needing" help. Of course, they do in fact need help, but that's a one-down position to be in. Be that as it may, your perspective on the problems these kids deal with and how you and others attempt to work with them is fascinating. I know I speak for others in expressing appreciation for the time you put in to let us see this mostly hidden world from the inside.
