Slightly lazy response ... but my attitude to "conflict" is best

(Incidentally, I discovered after writing this that Ant is a fan of
her too - I think she is referenced in his PhD work ?)

The Mary Parker-Follett stuff is about handling handle people taking
"apparently" opposite views in real life. - I'll come back to the
Mahayanan "middle-way" aspect separately.
