Hi Ron

Ron:
Magnus, I have read your essay and I have to say your description
of the 3-d model of the levels does not need to be limited to
orthography
(perpendicular right angles). Simple x,y,z coordinate system will define
almost any 3-d structure accurately,

Accurately, yes, but in a non-orthogonal 3D system, it will be possible to define a 3D structure in more than one way. And that is what's causing lots of disagreement here.

But I am still unsure of the type
of model you are proposing, are you proposing a mathematical model
of running integers or a simple matrix in which to chart and describe.

A fair question. I'm not suggesting to order all possible patterns of level X along the X-axis, all Y patterns along the Y axis and so on. There's nothing mathematical about it, no integers are involved. The orthogonal dimensional metaphor can not be interpreted to the letter.

        Magnus
