If we extend this into a reality where Quality is seen as quasi-level it's "enemy below" is intellect and it will "join forces" with social value to quell intellect.

Please explain your reasoning...step by step. If you base it on your intellect= SOL argument I must say that there is no such thing as intellect, same as Pirsig makes the point in LC that to use "mind" only confuses things.
