I'm don't remember reading a book by that title. I do remember reading a biography. I read it a long time ago. What I remember of the process as explained was Kundalini rising and that it was extremely painful. I didn't understand why it should be so painful. I respected him for leaving the Theosophical Society. Someday I'd like to reread some of those books that so changed my mind.
