First I want to say that even you questions are "spot on".
All trouble stems from the confusion between what is called
"intelligence" and the MOQ's "intellect", this fallacy haunts the
MOQ like the plague. Intelligence: draw conclusions, learn from
experience, shortly "think" - is a biological pattern emerging with
the higher organisms' complex neural system called brain where
earlier experience (memory) can be retrieved randomly and lead
through logical gates: "If I do this so will happen". All without
language at the biological level - in animals and birds - only
through visual and other sensual means.
With the human brain and the social level's language "sensual
thinking" was enhanced tenfold and thoughts became language.
However early mankind did not recognize this as taking place
inside mind , different from the world. According to Jaynes (The
Breakdown of the Bicameral Mind) they lived in a world where
"thoughts" were gods speaking to them. OK, at some time this
unified existence broke down, but the intellectual level was still far
away and the outer/inner border was blurred, their "thoughts" was
not subjective, but something the gods imposed on them.
But finally this mythological era came to an end, as Pirsig says in
ZAMM
Up to then what was imperishable was within the domain
of the Gods, the myths. But now, as a result of the growing
impartiality of the Greeks to the world around them, there
was an increasing power of abstraction which permitted
them to regard the old Greek mythos not as revealed truth
but as imaginative creations of art.
and the first stirrings of the intellectual level emerged. This had -
and still has - noting to do with intelligence (biological brain) this
was as keen ten thousand years ago as it is today, but a leap to a
new level where the said intelligence was recognized as a
subjective, mindish reflection of an objective reality out there. This
realization is INTELLECT!!!. It is underpinned by inteligence in
society's service, which is underpinned by intelligence in biology's
service ....and the MOQ is underpinned by intelligence in
intellect's service. Phew! Couldn't make it simpler
> Where is the MoQ in your SOL interpretation? Is it outside of the
> intellectual 'level'?
Right, the MOQ is outside intellect, that's the clue, the MOQ is the
meta-level that looks down on existence as these rising Q-levels
and sees the 4th. level in the said S/O role. The MOQ also sees
humans as an assembly of all levels + the Q-meta-level. However,
what is so immensely difficult to grasp is: When we "are" on the
intellectual level the term "intellect" does not mean the S/O, but
simply thinking or "intelligence".

The MOQ is a metaphysics in the universal sense, not in SOM's
sense where there sits a pre-conceptual reality waiting to be
conceptualized. See, when that is applied to the MOQ it's
becomes a SOM subset.
I'm drained and can't manage more.
