[Ron] I think we all get different ideas when we concieve of "undefined" for the mind is designed to define and distinguish. This also lends to it's indefinability, but, since the mind is prone to distinction what we experience may be defined in certain terms. These handels are all we have, so sorting out and agreeing to their meaning is a priority one would think.
[Krimel] Yeah, I think there is a tendency to see "undefined" as some sort of misty eye mystical concept. Some see this as, "oh it's "undefined." Let's not go there. Its sacred. We'll spoil it. It is beyond our knowing. Om." I think it is just a matter of common sense. I think it is simple skepticism. Even if we "define" something, anything; it may change. We might get up in the morning and find it was not what we thought at all. (I almost lost an arm that way once.) Definitions are static reality is dynamic. It is really hard to define something that changes all the time. This isn't mystical. Where do you get the idea from that there is a difference between DQ and Quality? My understanding is that DQ and Quality are synonymous. I do think that DQ is an unfortunate term because it suggests something about Quality. Quality should remain undefined and free of/from any association with anything.
