Willblake2 to Marsha: How would you describe group reality? Andre: Hi Willblake2 and Marsha. Hope you don't mind me hopping in. This question reminds me of the first sociology book I ever read which was written by Peter Berger: 'Invitation to sociology', and put me on to his 'The Social Construction of Reality' written in collaboration if I remember correctly. I also attended a lecture of his when he visited LaTrobe University in Melbourne, Australia. Didn't understand much of what he was saying though. I remember at one point during his lecture he pointed to the watch on his wrist saying: Íf this is not sexual harrassment I do not know what is'. (I was so naive and still am).
Anyway, with a little bit of Pirsig I can now suggest that 'group reality' is hypnosis and individual reality is considered delusion.
