It is interesting that you omit the Russians, Chinese and Cambodians this
time. It is hard to see how the economic system itself can be blamed for any
of them.

On the other hand the blood on capitalism's hands is a direct consequence of
the system itself. The tobacco industry has been a major economic force in
the west for the past 400 years. It has been known that it kills people for
the past sixty years. Last year it killed five million people world wide. It
seems one of the problems with measuring Quality and Value in terms of Body
Count is deciding what counts.
