I would put the conflict slightly differently -- "MOQ as an intellectual pattern vs. MOQ as an attitude." If you describe the MOQ as a pattern, then DQ which is patternless is omitted. What is the MOQ attitude? Several have described it eloquently. If I had to boil it down to a few words, it would be: "Do it with care beautifully.
