Because the social level is based on the human biology organism the rest of the static range necessarily is "tied" to humankind, but the MOQ as such is neither human nor inhuman. It may well be that on a planet unknown to us some totally alien organism is the carrier of the social and intellectual levels ... and perhaps the MOQ is realized.
