If all is Quality, why can't we see it coming? What do we lack in order
to
predict the ultimate outcome or goal of Quality? At the various levels,
why
do we not universally agree on what the highest Quality outcome would be?
Why, for example, has there been recent disagreement here surrounding the
best behavior of government? Should we not be able to all equally
discern
this? Shouldn't recognition of Quality at all levels be as intuitive as
the
hot stove?

Or am I merely MoQ rusty? Help me out here.

The answer is a multi layered one.
For starters we assume that all those standing near the stove are waring
everyday clothes, when the reality is that some have on one of those fire
suites worn by people who work at steel foundries.
Other are seeing a stove, but that stove is not there. It's an image
transmitted form thousands of miles away.
Words and meaning of words tend to get in the way, half the time when
following some of these discussion we find out that we have been running
around in circles because we did not agree on the key words when the
discussion started. Etymology is not on our side.

Last, and what I think is the most important, is that it takes a Buddha
to know one. Quality is the mere reflection of what we think it is, what
we are inside. External journeys are easy to take, the inner ones are
harder.

Oh, and there is this thought of mine, that Quality is a derivative of
time and space. The local and Period are the defining factor, therefore
quality is constantly evolving to its surrounding. being Dynamic in every
sense of the word.
