I have to say - only in simplistic cartoons. Real doctors have
"bedside manners". Medicine is not confined to biology, the social
level is hugely important to medicine too.

Of course you're right, and I bet not even the nerdiest (socially disconnected) of doctors will miss that Obama is the president, (which was Dan's original example).
