The conclusion is contained in the premise, begging the question.

Look at it this way. Quality has Dynamic Quality and Static Quality.
Static Quality has Intellectual, Social, Biological and Inorganic patterns of Quality.
Intellectual patterns of Quality can be named. They include SOM and MoQ.
No question begging and the premise is not contained in the conclusion.
Its a simple progression.
Box A (Quality) contains everything because it is everything.
Box B - within Box A - contains Box C (MoQ), Box D (SOM) etc.
Or if you want - as Pirsig suggests - Box C (MoQ) contains Box D (SOM).
Personally I prefer the former, but either way the encapsulation does not contain any paradoxes,question begging etc.
