Hi MRB,

It is only important if we want to have a conversation about it,
otherwise not. I could care less how snow is defined, I am going to
dress warmly regardless.

Definitions are one of the tools of the Social Level. They provide a
common medium of exchange such as a dollar being defined as a dollar.
All definitions are circular and resort to other definitions. Water
is wet. Why? because things are made wet by water. Water, wet,
water, wet, water... have I said anything by saying that water is
wet? Absolutely not, I have simply provided another term for water
and am simply trying to stimulate a conversational exchange. It makes
me feel like I belong.

Cheers,
Mark
