Do you really not understand why it is a contradiction of terms? Flow is the
opposite of static. Ever-changing is the opposite of patterned.
Again, this is not even a philosophical point. It's just about a flat-out
contradictory use of words, a use of words that doesn't make any sense. It's
like saying I'm a free prisoner or flxed point in motion. The only way to make
sense of such utterances is to take them as an absurd joke. Sadly, you're not
kidding.
