Marsha,
Meditation is a useful tool in
The clarification of thoughts.
Reflection is another useful tool
To critically examine our actions,
It would be misleading to assert
Them as antidote (quick fix) or a
Mirror ( implying objective detachment ) plus these ideas
Don't hang together well with
Idea of all static quality is illusion,
All perception is confined to the
Human condition and to be human
Is to exist within social pattern
(Self). there is no self as it " really is "
There is no " reality" as it " really is".
There is no pure perception.
That mirror is all ways a funhouse mirror
At best.
