According to some, the head and lead were not accurate. Thus, "the report was accurate" is a lie. As for thinking skills, you have an ideology of "one right way to think." That's about as static as it comes. > [Platt] > I was let to believe by Jos Laycock that the Independent held a high > reputation > in Britain for professional journalism. > > [Arlo] > And it does. A paper is designed to be perused, not studied like a text book. > [Platt] > I've grown accustomed to these personal attacks from the holier than thou > crowd > who inhabit academia. > > [Arlo] > Those of us who "inhabit academia" are appalled that expecting someone to > actually "think" is a seen as a "personal attack". They don't call it the Ivory Tower for nothing. ------------------------------------------------- This mail sent through IMP: http://horde.org/imp/ moq_discuss mailing list Listinfo, Unsubscribing etc. http://lists.moqtalk.org/listinfo.cgi/moq_discuss-moqtalk.org Archives: http://lists.moqtalk.org/pipermail/moq_discuss-moqtalk.org/ http://moq.org.uk/pipermail/moq_discuss_archive/
