What you say is new? That's straight out of the Democratic party playbook and
what you have been spoon fed by leftist teachers. The facts are that those who
regulate the radio waves are paid from taxes just as those who build highways 
are
paid from taxes. The source of taxes is the work and wealth produced by
individuals. You can't tax what hasn't been produced. Furthermore, the
electromagnetic spectrum and other natural phenomena would be worthless without
the work of individuals to make it useful to man. Until you realize these basic
facts of nature, you will continue in ignorance to blather on about public
this and public that.
