[David M] This is a very narrow view. There are questions science has no way to answer, this does not mean it does not have answers. You appear only to be interested in the answers science can give. I too take a keen interest in science but would not take your narrow view. To say so confidently that science 'explains' is to overstate what it is able to tell us. It think it would be fairer (although also unfair, but less unfair than your view) that science only describes. Explains is an overstatement.
[Case] If you mean questions like; what should I have for diner. Or what's my favorite color; I suppose science does not have much to offer. But as I said science in particular and rationality in general do not play a major role in daily activities. Most of the time it seems to me we act on autopilot and such thoughts are flitter through our heads have little to do with what we are doing or where we are going. But what questions did you have in mind? moq_discuss mailing list Listinfo, Unsubscribing etc. http://lists.moqtalk.org/listinfo.cgi/moq_discuss-moqtalk.org Archives: http://lists.moqtalk.org/pipermail/moq_discuss-moqtalk.org/ http://moq.org.uk/pipermail/moq_discuss_archive/
