Quoting David M <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: > Hi Platt > > Yes, is not exploration not largely an exploration > of the space of conceptual possibility? > > There is not much on the earth left to uncover, > the last 200 years has uncovered much about our environment > and other peoples? Inner space (egthe conceptual possible) is the > most exciting frontier. Right on. And both Pirsig and Wilber find the secularist version of evolution fails to explain how and why the inner life of conscious awareness created the space for conceptual possibilities. Lest there be any doubt, the MOQ presents an alternative to scientific evolutionary theories, pointing out the unanswered questions inherent in those theories. An attempt to ridicule the MOQ alternative by lumping it in with religious fundamentalism is to engage in guilt by association -- a type of ad hominem fallacy.
