I like that Gav, meta-ideas, ideas about ideas that add intellect to the simple (social) communication of ideas.
Qualified by the word "effectively" I think you are right about telepathy. One thing is sure, if we shared the same "common interests" there would be little opportunity for war and conflict. New Zealand I had the good fortune to visit three times when I was based in Oz a couple of years ago - beautiful place. What are you suggesting ? A location for an enlightened community ?
