     If you mean by relative influence, that we do
influence no matter what our effort, I'm with ya.  So,
we've got these preconceptions and prejudices that we
must thoroughly shift through.  Also, I'm goin' be
touche at times, or more like irritated by those that
will walk all over ya' thinkin' they have to, even
when I'm open-minded, firm discipline not only has to
be directed towards residents but towards the powers
that be.  They need accountability, too.
