So, your saying being aware of relativity?
Einsteins relativity?

That's probably it. The stress I'm taking on is
'burden' stress. I'm taking on many problems and the
downfall is that with many new staff the burden is on
supervisors (me), and a handfull of senior staff.
Yet, another wave of staff are quitting. Oh well. I
didn't get to certain things my boss asked me to do
yesterday. I was busy dealing with residential
behaviors, a staff walked off the job, and I had to
send another staff home early due to her panicing from
being attacked by a resident. Again, I left work
late. I can't do everything, and it doesn't bother me
that things are falling through the cracks. The
administration needs to take on some of the burden.
I'm tired of it falling in the hands of the people who
actually deal with the residents day to day.
Burden... that's it. Burden stress, I've been trying
to pin-point where this stress is coming from for
weeks. I couldn't pin-point it on any one person, but
that's why. It stress coming from everywhere. It is
a burden. I'm not the sacrifice type. I have a
family at home to think about. Work is NOT my WHOLE
life.

thanks.

rainy, but it stopped momentarily,
